The Mission

Within the sales organization of our High Performance Polymers Unit, we are looking for an Account Manager.

He/she will manage a certain numbers of customers in Spain.

He/she will be involved in developing new potential Customers working within the sales organization.

The Account Manager reports to the Iberica Country Manager.


The Position

  • Develop and realize the sales plan for the Area/List of Customers in line with the growth & innovation global strategy

  • Strong communicator, effective in influencing, negotiating and engaging
  • Effective networker and cooperative individual, he/she is able to operate within matrix structure
  • Extensive travelling required (Driven licence)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Master degree or comparable background in economics, business administration, science or technology
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience. Preferably experience in technical polymers
  • Spanish native and Fluent in English. Other languages as a plus (Italian, French, German)
