Based in Barcelona, as a Sales Engineer you will be responsible to represent Branson product lines with special focus on the Spanish market. The goal is to achieve and exceed the sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction with all Branson products, as well as representing and promoting the product portfolio in accordance with all company policies and guidelines.

  • Prospect and target account activities within Spain, to accelerate new customer acquisition or competitor displacement;
  • Actively work with company CRM system, fulfill customer contact details from the prospecting activities. Maintain records of sales calls, applications, purchase orders, customer organizations and business conditions throughout the territory;
  • Contribute to company sales objectives in the Spain market by meeting and exceeding assigned goals, developing and expanding the customer base through effective application of Branson resources and products to customer business problems;
  • Meet customer needs by assisting part design, process development, training and after sales support and service;
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all Branson products, applications, price structure, industry developments and competitive products and strategies;
  • Attend trade shows, industry conferences and meetings as well as coordinate sales visits;
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, terms and conditions and write sales reports and assist in sales literature.


  • University degree in Engineering;
  • Technical sales experience;
  • PC Literate (MS Office, with good knowledge of Excel) and ERP Systems;
  • Spanish and English proficiency (read, written, spoken);
  • Good negotiation and technical skills;
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across different Spain locations.
  • We will valorize polymers and medical segment knowledge / experience.
