Based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for the management of installation of new machines, warranty and post-warranty services, sale of spare parts, training, technical support and preventive inspections at selected customers.

  • Be the first contact in case of requests from assigned customers for service support;
  • Handle customer support in solving technical problems in the field of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics or machine control;
  • Support and participate in customer and internal inspections of machines for assigned customers;
  • Cooperate with other departments to eliminate recurring problems.


  • Engineering or Superior Degree in Mechatronics;
  • Experience in the field of servicing machinery and equipment (mechatronics/electrical/mechanical engineering).
  • English and Spanish proficiency (written/spoken/read);
  • Microsoft Office package skills.
