▪ Degradation and Stability optimization of the PVC Graphics and Signage films.
o Succeeded in problem solving and launch of a product (with a high complaint statistics history). This was by identifying the possible root cause of the problem. Next new products were studied through pilot launch and finally full commercialization was achieved.
o Succeeded in introducing several new formulations with the state of art additives to enhance the stability of the PVC compounds. Patent filed.
▪ High performance coatings for automotive films.
o Running several concepts of smart functional coatings. A highly durable coating will be introduced into a full project in define stage in Q3-2018.
▪ Self-healing materials and coatings for automotive applications.
o Succeeded in introduction of a concept of a self-healing and running this concept through management of the project to full commercialization of a successful state of the art Paint Protection Film with self-healing/anti-scratch properties.

o Currently involved in developing several concepts which will be introducing a new technology platform to Avery Dennison. Some of these concepts are being developed by collaboration with different industrial partners.

o Responsible for the optical film grades of the Lexan polycarbonate. Succeeded in introducing several spin-off grades with more target focused applications.
